By using mybetrecord.com or the mybetrecord Android app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service description
mybetrecord is a personal betting ledger and analytics tool. It does not accept wagers, provide tips or odds feeds, link you to bookmakers to place bets, manage gambling funds, or guarantee profits. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and compliance with local laws.
Eligibility (18+)
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age for gambling-related products in your jurisdiction, if higher) to create an account. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, sessions, and API keys. You may delete your account at any time via the app, website settings, or the account deletion page.
Mobile app
The Android app connects to the same mybetrecord API as the website. Pro subscription purchases are not sold inside the Android app; entitlements obtained on the website may still apply for consumption in the app. The app does not include bookmaker advertisements or wagering links.
Acceptable use
You may not abuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, scrape other users’ data, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
No gambling or financial advice
Content on this site and in the app — including blog articles and Kelly calculations — is educational and for personal record-keeping only. Past performance does not predict future results. Nothing here is financial or gambling advice.
Responsible gambling
Betting should be entertainment, not income. See our responsible gambling page for support resources.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
Pro subscription
mybetrecord Pro is a monthly subscription billed through Stripe on the website. By upgrading you authorise recurring charges at the price shown at checkout (before any promotion), in the currency you select, until you cancel.
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period. You may cancel at any time from Settings on the website; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you keep Pro access until then. Refunds are not offered for partial billing periods unless required by law.
Promotion codes, when offered, are subject to their stated terms and may be withdrawn at any time. Stripe processes all payments; their terms also apply.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, mybetrecord is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for betting losses, data loss beyond our reasonable control, or indirect damages.
